1. Get Enough Sleep: As women, we need at least eight(8) hours of sleep. When you get enough sleep, it helps you to recharge and recover from the day’s events and allow us think much more clearly and make better decisions in life.

2. Do Something For Yourself: Its very important that you do at least one thing for yourself daily, even if you are focused on someone else. Eg. Taking yourself out for shopping or going out to make your hair. It’s very important that this happens from time to time.

3. Create an Active Exercise Routine: One of the best ways to care for yourself is to get active. Exercise doesn’t only help the body physically but also heal mental stress aswell. When you work out more often, the more easier it would be for you to look after yourself in other areas of life.

* Set A Goal: When you have a goal in mind that you are pursuing, have something specific you are aiming for

* Schedule It: While pursuing your goals, plan when, where and how you are going to go about carrying out that goal. Schedule it at about the same time so that they can become part of you.

4. Learn Something New: It’s good as a lady that you learn something new everyday. We all know that as time is changing things are also changing, so it’s important that we learn something new everyday of our life. This will help you build yourself and not remain backward and stagnant in life. When you enrich your mind, you also enrich other areas of your life which is very vital. When you spend your alone time more, it gives us space for self reflection. This is very important for our health and personal growth.

5. Get Creative: Every individual has what he or she was birth with, it’s left for you as an individual to be creative in order to bring out that your potential in you. Even if you are caught up with your regular day to day activities, always make out time to be creative. When you do things that bring out your inner child, it helps you feel younger, better and balanced in your life. Also don’t forget that physical exercises is also very important.

6. Surround yourself with People who inspires you: This helps you make o draw strength and helps your spirit to be lifted. When you do this it makes you that even if you lose at some point, you still have people around you that loves and care for you.
