How To Prepare Chi-Chi

The Ingredients

Cowbell milk, salt, sugar, Egg, milk flavor, nutmeg, Baking powder, Groundnut oil, butter

Procedure

Firstly, filter the flour with small filter, then apply baking powder. Add milk flavor and mix all together with your clean hands. Then add a pitch of salt to it. Thereafter, add the nutmeg and mix together. Then put only the egg white and mix everything together with your hands and taste whether it’s up to your satisfaction.

Apply the butter depending on the quality of floor you use. Then mix it and add little water then mix it properly with your hands. Then you roll and cut it into small sizes while doing that add flour to enable it cut fast and then use baking cutter to make it easier.

Put your frying pan on the fire and add certain amount of groundnut oil to the frying pan and allow it to hot. When the groundnut oil is hot, then put the mixture into the hot oil and fry till it gets brown
